Dear Sally

Just a quick note to say that I am amazed at the speed and accuracy of your service today.

I wrote to you yesterday (Sunday) not expecting a reply for at least a day or two as I know you are always very busy, and when I arrived at my desk today (Monday) there was your reply timed at 6.15 a.m.

Not only had my challenge been sorted accurately and very quickly but it re-enforced my earlier experience that you guys are really on the ball and very customer focussed, which is such a rare commodity these days.

I just thought I would drop this note to say thank you.

Best Wishes

Warmly

subject: Talex

Dear Sally,

I just wanted to thank you for all of your help with sorting out the renewal of my Talex subscriptions. I initially bought the Talex in March 2008 after using Road Angel for a couple of years. I have always found the Talex to be more reassuring than the Road Angel.

At the end of January 2009 I upgraded to the New Talex and purchased a 3 year subscription. At no point have I ever regretted purchasing the Talex and have just purchased another 3 years subscription.

I look forward to upgrading again in due course.

Over the course of this time all four of my immediate family now use Talex in their cars and several of my friends and colleagues have purchased Talex on my recommendations.

Every dealing I have had with yourselves has been professional and efficient.

Keep up the good work,

Bob Johnson

subject: Talex

After receiving a fine for speeding in an area we were not familiar with, i.e.; looking where to go in busy traffic and only 5mph over the limit (if I remember right) and then my Husband locally, we thought this is getting expensive, not to mention the points. So Talex came into our lives, how we love it, even when we have to slow down at a snails pace because of a camera when going downhill and no schools near and on a straight road.

From buying our first Talex we have since upgraded and have a laser detector, customer support were very efficient when I was unable to update my Talex, and the process was so easy to do.

subject: Talex renewal..

Hi,

Having just renewed my subscription for another two years, I had to write to thank all at Talex for the ease of upgrading & renewing my devices.

Yes, plural as I also have one in my wifes car too

Having travelled around 30,000 miles in the last 18 months, I am convinced the Talex system has saved me from traffic offences on many occasions and helped keep my wifes licence clear with her local motoring..

Its so easy in modern cars to just cruise above the limit & on many occasions the Talex ring has snapped me out of the comfort zone to check the speed I am travelling.

I recommend Talex to friends, family & anyone who is a high mileage motorist. The consequences of the dreaded 12 points are unthinkable!!!

Kindest Regards

Peter Millington

subject: Customer Satisfaction

I have found the Adam Blair Group over several years a good and reliable company to deal with generally. On the odd occasion when I have had a technical or subscription problem my e-mails are usually answered the same or the next day by the Customer Support Team with helpful advice together with a request to let the team know the outcome of the problem. With regard to the monthly fee of 3.95 for the update facility for one unit after the warranty period this does seem reasonable but as I have two units a reduced fee for the second one would be seen as a good marketing strategy/ promoting customer loyalty and of course be much appreciated!

Hi

Thank you for the return of my Talex unit which is now working properly again following the software repair. I have dealt with the Adam Blair group for about five years now and once again I have been impressed by your customer service. On this recent occasion, from my initial contact reporting the fault, the problem was resolved courteously and quickly and without cost other than a minimal cost for postage.

It is very encouraging in this day and age to find that good customer service still exists.

Thank you once again.

Dear Adam

Throughout my dealings with your company I have had nothing short of a refreshingly professional attitude. As a qualified driver for 50 years I have sought the comfort of becoming a member of Drive Protect, fortunately I have not had to use them, but have sought their advisewhich has been friendly and generous. I have also recently invested in your latest Talex detector, I encountered a small upload problem and my email to your office was promptly dealt with and all is well thanks to your team.

Keep up the good work.

Kind regards

I would have no qualms in highly recommending this company and its product range.

Dear Adam I found it difficult to find what I needed to know on the Talex web site so used the contact email address found there for advice. WOW! that advice came so quick it was as though you had no other customer to consider. Thank you for your friendly courtesy and rapid solution to my questions.

I have owned an 'old type'Talex for four years and cannot imagine a better system for my use. It's not that I want to cheat the system, just that I sometimes find myself unsure of the speed limit actually in force and the Talex's verbal reminder keeps me within the law.

Thanks again

subject: Client Testimonial
I had to contact the customer support department at the BTST Talex office about the transferral of the Talex Update to my new Talex unit.

I'd already paid for a 3 year subscription and only 10 months had passed.

The lady at customer support was superb. After I sent the enquiry about the transferral she was very quick in responding. Then she asked questions about the unit which wouldn't work any longer, which I replied to with as much information as I was able. Each time an email was sent, Sally, (the lady at customer support) responded extremely quickly, which I was happy about. Lets face it, no-one likes to be kept hanging around for a reply via email, and you hardly have to wait for a response.

Anyway, the subscription was transferred and I'm now happily driving legally within the speed limit again.

Well done Sally and the BTST Team.

Well what a fantastic product. I originally was looking to purchase for a speed camera detector because I drive between 12000 and 18000 miles a year to the south coast and all the way to Scotland and did not want to lose my license.

I came to the new talex unit, which with all its features and physical size far outweighed the competition and I parted with my money.

I was excellently surprised when the unit arrived and a simple set up of plug and play in the car and I was set to not get caught by the boys in blue no matter where they hid.

It has the facility to update every month with mobile cams etc ,with the relevant lead supplied (a chargeable accessory with all others) , and which you would pay a fortune to get it through a sat nav supplier .

I looked on their web site and a simple download of the updated software was all that was needed.

If I had to ask any questions in relation to my unit, a simple e-mail to the company and within 24hours my questions have been answered and dealt with very efficiently.

I have many members of the family who have seen my device and promptly thought what a brilliant piece of kit and have ordered one for themselves,

as for me I am now going to save up my pennies to upgrade the unit and add the laser detector to my unit as well, but so far it has warned me of every camera approaching and I have yet to get any fine whatsoever.

I can only put it down to me and my talex

Once again public =1 police=0

Thank you again

Regards

Subject - The Adam Blair Group - Testrimonial

I have used the Talex system for about 18 months to avoid speed cameras. About three weeks ago, whilst driving, the Talex unit went blank, gave a high pitched wail and then stopped working.

I contacted the Adam Blair Group, and was told to send the defective unit to an address in Shropshire, which I did. The unit was returned within a few days fully functional and with no charge. I was impressed by the service, and the speed thereof.

I first came across Adam Blair's organisation when I logged onto his "Beat the speed trap" website. I purchased a BTST Locator and was very happy with it.
I then upgraded to a Talex and was also very happy with that. I then joined Drive protect, which although I haven't had to use it yet, gives me peace of mind.
In all my dealing with Adam Blair's website and back up services I have received prompt and courtious service and all the products have done "what it says on the tin".

To the Office Manager

I have just received fantastic help from SALLY on your Help desk
I was having problems updateing my Talex, and the instructions that she gave me were clear and precice which I was able to understand which makes a change as most help desks
treat someone at the other end as an expert, which I am not

So all is well and I am able to use my Talex updater to full advantage

subject Courtesy and efficiency make for a happy outcome.

Last week my five year old Talex Lite developed a strange fault and instead of advising me of the permissible speed approaching a camera it said something like "speed Prescripto miles per hour".The vehicle had had a service earlier that day so,possibly, that had corrupted the Talex.

I informed Talex of my plight and, within an hour, I was given the address to post it to for repair.

I posted it on Thursday morning and on the following Saturday the repaired instrument was returned to me by Recorded Delivery.

Now, THAT is service!

Hi I should like to thank Adam Blair's organisation for their support and effective response to questions which I've raised with regard to the Talex Lite which I purchased in 2008. I've found them to be open, courteous and quick in their responses. Since 2008, I've had regular contact with the company with regard to upgrading my device and in relation to a few questions which I had about the Talex itself and the subscription service.
There's no doubt the Talex has saved me a fair bit of money and arguably has made me a safer driver

To whom it may concern,

I have personal experience with Talex since I bought my first unit in 2004.

It did what it said on the box. Impressive to say the least. Updating was easy and straight forward. It was so good that I have now bought the new model.

Much better and with new features. Up dating is even easier.

I feel every motorist should have one as an aid for safer and responsible motoring. I have always had 'First Class' back up from The Adam Blair Group.

Now, after setting up a direct debit account to cover my updates I am set for 'up to date' information on my Talex and of course SAFER MOTORING!

Hi

This is my second experience with road safety devices and I have to say that the experience with dealing with Adam Blair and Talex is far superior to that of my previous supplier. At all stages of communication I have received excellent customer service. Due to a delay in manufacturing and supply when I bought the Talex I was given a very honest explanation regarding the delay with an offer to refund and cancel or enjoy a brief subscription free period when the Talex arrived. Being a Scot I chose the free subscription.

Any communication I have had has been prompt and to the point. Oh and the device that works really well.

May-09-11

About 4 years ago, as I had 9 points on my licence and really couldnt afford any more, I decided to invest in something to alert me to the presence of speed cameras.

Id considered one of the active units which locate a speed camera in use, but having read the reviews, there seemed to be problems with all of them. So I finally decided upon a Talex system, which uses a database combined with GPS, to alert you to presence of a speed camera up ahead. The system worked flawlessly from day one, and the database update procedure was simplicity in itself.

That is until about a month ago, when all of a sudden the update failed, with a message telling me my subscription had expired, even though I had just renewed it. I contacted Talex (or to be precise Adam Blair Support, as Talex had been taken over by then), and asked them to look into the problem for me.

I thought it would be a simple matter to resolve, and Id be on my way again, but as it turned out, the resolution took a lot of work for the Customer Support people, and the IT guys in the back room.

To their credit, Adam Blair Support stuck with it, with e-mails flying between us both, and work-arounds being tried and discarded. Finally a workable solution was found, and I was able to update my Talex unit. It worked!!!

I am most happy to provide this testimonial, not only for the great customer support Ive received, but also for a really great product which has saved my bacon on many occasions (especially with more and more average speed cameras coming into service, and not just on motorways either).

Thank you Talex.

What a pleasant experience to get some really professional after sales support.

Over recent years I have had dealings with Sally,Stephen Walsh and indirectly with Adam.

In which time I have purchased 3x Talex units for members of my family, plus a BTST detector,a parking aid(PDC) for front/rear but never fitted it as it is still boxed.

Recently I purchased a Talex LITE which needed a subscription which I have set up,Sally gave me info by e mail how to set up the upgrading.

So I am now up and running, all appears OK.

I suppose the only downside I have is getting response from anyone apart from Sally.

So thanks again Sally for all your help.

Lastly.I have got a laser dectector on order, due for despatch 29/04/11.

Best regards,

I bought my Talex about 5 years ago. I drive around 35k miles a year and find it invaluable, especially when going to an area I don't know and need to listen to the sat nav too. Since buying my Talex, I needed to replace the power cable which was damaged by my local garage. A new cable was dispatched promptly following an email to their Support Team. A recent hiccup with my subscription renewal was swiftly sorted by Sally and my Talex is now fully updated. I've recommended Talex to several work colleagues too.

Bought a Talex Lite in 2007 and it has been brilliant. Clear warnings of speed cameras and possible mobile speed traps and even of traffic 'black spots'. It has been fantastic in areas where I do not normally drive, especially Bournemouth recently, where speed cameras are numerous and often in 'hard to spot' locations.

The unit is highly portable, incredibly easy to use and I could no longer imagine driving any distance to unfamiliar locations without it.

It is also easy to update the database via a USB cable to a PC and software.

Customer Support is also good.

A motoring 'must'

Sirs,

I feel I need to thank and congratulate the support staff at Talex for their speedy services over the last couple of years I have been buying products from them.

Last summer my Talex stopped working, and needed to be returned for repair - this was done and sent back to me within a few days.

Today, I updated my database subscription as I have an imminent business trip on "unknown" roads in Northern England, and the renewal happened within minutes.

So, sincere thanks to all concerned for some great customer service.

Your Talex is really super.

It is small and discreet and is easily fitted into any vehicle.

It gives me clear warning of cameras and other devices and notifies me that I am passing these at a safe speed with a pleasant little jingle unlike some devices which bleep continuously regardless of speed.

I am certainly sold on this device and glad I went to the effort of registering and chasing up on the promotional offer. Well done BTST and many thanks.

Best wishes

I have been very impressed with the level of customer support which I have had from TALEX.

I have had 2 machines go wrong and they were both replaced at once so that I was without a machine for only a short while.

The machine works very well and is particularly useful in "average speed" zones: in fact the whole concept is unobtrusive and very pleasing.

My sincere thanks to all of the staff at Talex: a great team with an excellent product.

May-18-10

I've been a Customer of Adam and his team for about 5 years now, having bought firstly a Speed-trap detector, and then two Talex units; I have only the highest praise, not only for the products which I have bought from them, but also for the service and support behind the products. Adam's team seem to be one of the few organisations where the performance actually matches and fulfills the marketing "hype" - in other words, where you actually get "what it says on the tin".

The informative videos gave a very good idea of what the product actually did, and the price, as Adam indicated, was always extremely competitive - it's always good to know that you have bought something which outshines its competitors, but costs less than them.

Equally importantly from my point of view, has been the after-sales service. On two occasions in the last five years I have unfortunately suffered the misfortune of technical defects developing within the units purchased. What impressed me most was not the fact that Adam's Support team were prepared to replace the units without demur - but the pleasant and efficient way in which they did so - so that the hassle factor really was reduced to a minimum.

Why can't all commercial organisations behave like that, and understand the truth of the saying (as Adam obviously does) that "If you don't take care of your Customers, somebody else will". Not on this occasion, as I'm delighted to say I'm a Happy Bunny!

"BTST" obviously stands for "Brilliant Tremendous Service & Teamwork"?!

Apr-01-10

I was caught breaking the speed limit for the first time in 40 years of driving by a white transit van parked on the pavement in the outskirts of a village in North Wales. I always thought that one could recognize "safety" camera vans a mile off, but only realised that this was one after I had passed it at 30mph and saw the markings on the rear. I had been doing 35mph, slowing down on a coast to save fuel, on a beautiful day, on a wide road and with no other traffic around. Jeremy Clarkson would have been doing at least 80mph under the conditions. Half a mile further on the true village began, where he speed limit was appropriate. Quite apart from the anger that a speed trap should have been where it was, I realised that sooner or later I needed something which would warn me of these money making scams.

Most of the detectors had some limitations, and they were relatively expensive and required considerable time to fit properly, so when I read about the Talex I realised that it was the answer provided I could rely on the database. And then it became "free" subject only to a minimum 10 month subscription, so I plumped for it.

The day I received it I tried to update it, but could not find out how to activate my subscription without taking out a second one, so I left a message on the online helpdesk. However I took the unit out with me that day, and found it warned me of all of the fixed cameras I passed, and also warned me about potential mobile cameras, but saw none on my way out.

On my way back home I came off an island to a familiar dual carriageway in a 30mph zone, and the Talex warned me of a potential mobile camera. The road was relatively clear with a couple of cars doing 25mph on the inside lane, and under such conditions I usually increased my speed there to around 35-40 mph where there are no junctions or hazards, but this time I kept to 30mph and scanned the roadside carefully. Then I noticed the camera van, parked well off the roadside and almost obscured by a bush such that just the offside of the van was visible and the camera could just see past the bush. I am not sure that I would have spootted this in time on my own, so I reckon that the Talex most likely saved me a ticket on the first day out (and saved one for the Merk which was up my exhaust and flashing his lights!!) I could not believe my fortune.

Within one working day I had a response from Talex on where to find the activation webpage, and I updated my Talex with no problem.

Therefore I have been extremely pleased with the "free" Talex and the service I have received. I would strongly recommend the product and the company.

Mar-29-10

I bought BTST Locater about 3 - 4 years ago and after some initial "setting up" problems, which were "sorted" by the technical dept, the device worked perfectly well - all up dates & downloads received were satisfactory.

In late Feb. 2010 I had my PC "modernised" by inserting a large new memory. Unfortunately my expert removed the BTST software. I tried to reload it using the original disc but this failed, so I contacted Sally @ BTST who, with the aid of the technical dept "refreshed" my software & everything worked wonderfully again. This was done very quickly as I was about to leave for France - I am extremely grateful to everyone who assisted, but especially the afore mentioned Sally, because she was very patient with me.

Thank you all again.

Regards,

Ray

Dear Adam,

I have been a subscriber to your site for a reasonable time now and took up your "Free Talex offer for a monthly subscription" promotion. Having received my shiny new talex earlier this month I had to write to you to say how pleased and satisfied I am with it. It is absolutely brilliant and proved itself invaluable during a recent business trip where I could potentially have fallen foul of the boys in blue and their crafty tactics. I had been a sceptic of these detectors and resisted buying one before as I thought it a bit of a waste of money as my previous experience of them was unsatisfactory to say the least. The supposed market leaders product was useless and I had a couple of fines to prove it but the Talex is a delight and very acurate. I tested it in my home town against local traffic camera sites and it is acurate to within a meter.

That's outstanding! The clarity and simplicity of the messages are leagues ahead of the competition and fill the driver with confidence. I would like to point out at this juncture that I do not advocate excessive speed or getting away with breaking the law but as a ROSPA advanced driver at gold standard on both cars and motorcycles I know when its appropriate to make progress and when it isn't and consider my own judgment to be supperior to that of some civil servant sat in an office in whitehall. The victimsation of motorists by the government and the police is just a poor substitute for proper driver training and a very nice earner to boot. I have found that the Talex system has improved my driving no end as it means I can concentrate on the road ahead rather than the speedometer and the rear-view mirror and let the Talex assist me in keeping within the law where appropriate. It has, if anything slowed down my driving with timley reminders as to what speed I should be doing. I would advise anyone seeking to improve their road safety and advance their abilities to invest in a Talex as part of their safety equipment just as you would consider airbags when buying a car.

If it was up to me there would be a Talex in every vehicle. It would be far more effective than any "Safety" camera!

Keep up the good work Adam.

Kind regards .....

Ean Harrison.

Here it is! Send me a laser detector and I will review that for you too! :)

"I had read some fairly nasty things said about Adam Blair and his organisation. Well I thought its a free offer why not give it a go. So I did.

The free talex - ok you have to pay for the updates, but more of that later - arrived when they said and after I had followed the instructions I was set up with my updates. Set-up in the car was a doddle. Choose where to put my magnetic 'spot' plonk the Talex on top, plug the supplied lead into the lighter socket and your away!

The first thing that grabbed me was the clarity of the voice. I have used other GPS based camera detecors the last one being an Origin B2 and the quality was far above that of the B2. Even at higer volumes.

The other thing I liked was its size and ease of use, especially connecting to the PC for updates. Just one USB lead. My other detector had a seperate power supply and data lead, which I could never find each time I need to update...sigh...

There were also some nice suprises when I first used it on a long trip. It warned me of Traffic Light Cameras and while approching a sharp bend it warned me about it with a very clear audiabe "Warning! Dangerous bend!" It also warned me of a dangerous accident black spot on the M5 which the other unit again had never done.

The Talex is also ready and working much quicker. Finding more satelites and finding them quicker then my 'other' redunent device.

The price of the updates is about the same, maybe slightly cheaper, but I could not pay for them monthly. The monthly 3.95 for the updates with the Talex is handy if your trying to budget things.

All in all I am very happy with the support and price of the whole package. I would recomend one to anyone."

Feb-28-10

I would like to take this opportunity, to thank all at the Adam Blair organisation for the range of products offered over the last few years.

I originally started with the B.T.S.T. which proved to be invaluable; very impressed.

I joined DRIVE PROTECT last year which really gave me further peace of mind.

Then along came TALEX.

I was hesitant and unsure to start with, should I take the plunge, still satisfied with the BTST, a fantastic offer was available to members, I decided this was too good to miss.

I fitted the TALEX, drove around the Town, wow what a superb piece of kit, absolutely brilliant.

The clarity of the voice commands and the information you receive whilst driving is second to none, Fixed Speed Cameras, Mobile Speed Trap Locations etc.

There are a couple of points that also need mentioning regarding the TALEX :-

Having the digital speed indicator on the TALEX located on the top of the dashboard, advantage you don't need to look at the car Speedo. The TALEX speed is always in your peripheral vision still keeping your eyes looking through the windscreen, therefore far safer driving.

Another very important feature about the use of both the BTST and TALEX is that people not familiar with the use of these devices believe they are use by people to drive faster; nothing could be further from the truth. My experiences with both these products, utilising the warning commands, in reality your overall driving speed is dramatically reduced making you a far safer driver.

One last point worth mentioning is the customer service department always ready to help if required, so a thanks to Sally and her team.

Kind Regards

Sean

Thanks to Sally at Adam Blair Customer Support the problem was solved quickly with the exchange of a few emails.

Many thanks.

I have recently experienced a problem with my TalexLite in downloading updates since changing my PC.

I sent an e-mail to the Customer Support,Adam Blair Group, and received an immediate response from Sally in that department

She was very helpful and made several suggestions which has enabled me to resolve the problem.

This is my first experience with the company, but I have been very impressed with their efficiency and speed in dealing with the matter.

I would certainly recommend both the products and sevices to other users.

Hi,

I have owned two Talex Lites now and both have performed outstandingly, even better when Updated regularly. The 2nd (the rubberised one) was great improvement on the warning light side of things until you came to use it at night and it almost blinded you when a warning came up.

This should have been for seen by the design team in advance but I believe the New (free) one has allowed for the change in external light at night and will have reduced brilliance.

Updates are essential by the end user but also by the Vendor as there is nothing more annoying than listen to a warning on Roadwork speed restrictions when they where lifted a fortnight ago.

Over all the Talex is a very good device for what I need and that is to know where the upcoming Gatso or overhead Average Speed Cameras are ,more importantly when I drive out my comfort zone local area into unknown territory. They more than adequate notice of impending threat by both voice and Lights so unless you are deaf and blind you really cannot go wrong. (or be on the road either I guess)

Regards.

Tony Green.

There are so many companies both on the High Street and online these days that do not understand customer service. It's a breath of fresh air when you come across one that does and not only that, they also go the extra mile. Such a company is The Adam Blair Organisation.

My dealings with them go back about four years when I purchased a BTST Camera Locater' along with a subscription for regular updates. This unit performed well and a few months ago I received an attractive offer from Adam Blair to update to the new Talex unit.

I took up this offer, and shortly after, also the subscription for updates. However, I could not get the update software to work on my computer but within 48 hours of raising my query, with the help of the Adam Blair technical department, my problem was solved.

Very well done.

I am also a member of Drive Protect and I have every confidence that if I had to use this service it would be up to the same standard.

Having used Windows XP exclusively for updating my Talex, my new laptop with Windows Vista failed to connect to my Talex, citing a lack of COM port.

I emailed the customer support team & within 24 hours they had emailed me a solution which worked first time.

Great service!!

Hi,

I once had to attend the Police "Speed Awareness Scheme Workshop"

I said to my wife "I must do something as I may not be so lucky next time" So! My first Talex was a present from my wife, one of the best and most used presents ever!!

Never ever letting me down, it was and is so much, a part of my daily life, while in the car.

Then when Adam introduced the new one, I thought,I must get one and fit it into the dashboard. I did and it worked quicker with more information etc. there was a miner problem with the sound, but Sally sorted it out, with a new one, which is just perfect. Also the radar gun sensor works great in-conjunction with it. Oh! and as a little bonus my son loves using my old one.

i have had my laptop away getting repaired so just got your email, so probably too late to send this but i just had to reply.

I bought my talex about 4 years ago and it is the best money i have ever spent.

it just sits on my dash and every now and then this little voice speaks to me.

i dont speed as a rule but it gives great peace of mind knowing she is there to remind of cameras and speed limits, especially when you have come off fast roads onto normal speed limits.

on holiday is ideal as driving on strange roads, but she is always there when needed.

i have recomended this device to a number of friends and colleagues who have been impressed with it.

yours sincerely.

Hi Adam,

I am delighted to say that since I purchased your product' s and implemented them I am yet to receive a speeding ticket!

During the summer of 2009 I embarked on an 'unlucky' streak collecting 6 penalty points inside 3 weeks!

I have no doubt that had I not invested in your organisation shortly after that I would no longer hold my driving license.

I think you are providing an extremely moral and helpful service to people who have a bit of common sense. The speed traps developed today are immoral sources of revenue for the government and police forces in certain juristictions.

I hope you continue with your innovation of these products and I wish you every success for 2010 and beyond.

Yours Sincerely

James King

Hi Adam

I have been a user of the BTST original version for some time now and to date (29th Dec 2009) it has NEVER let me down.........

I do a lot of driving around the country and have been very near to a ticket on several occasions now but the BTST has started moaning at me just in time, I view it now like a nagging wife, a pain in the ears but utterly indispensable when you drive as I do!

I also joined the drivers club, DriveProtect, this year at its start-up as I am sure the club is a great idea and perfect for someone in my position that needs a licence to live.

So Adam, here's to you and the team, keep up the good work and have a happy and prosperous new year.

I was given the opportunity of purchasing the Talex at a promotional price as I already had the BTST.

It was the best thing I could have done, it is an excellent piece of kit.

Audible and visual warnings are given well in advance and reminders if you are still above the limit.

It warns of fixed Gatsos, possible mobile camera sites and Specs (average speed limit areas) etc.

Unlike others I have had in the past, it is simple to install needing only a power supply.

It has an adhesive pad which can be attached to the dashboard which is also magnetic so the unit can be detached in two seconds if required.

Overall, an excellent buy especially at the price.

Hi Adam et al

Compliments of the Season. It is half past two on Christmas Sunday afternoon. Telly is c**p and the mother in law has commandeered the remote so I've retired to the study and barricaded myself in!

First the products. I started looking for some way to detect speed cameras in mid 2005 when my wife was caught by the "Toxteth Toll", which appears suddenly as you descend from a bridge at the Liverpool end of the M62. I was not too impressed with what was available in the shops; I wanted to know where the speed traps were, not where they might be. For example, there is a string of fixed cameras which seem to serve no purpose on the A68 between Carter Bar and Jedborough in the Scottish Borders. Likewise on the A1 between Newark and Stamford in Lincolnshire, these on an open duel carriageway where speed is restricted to 50mph. In both instances you can see the cameras clearly but which are the live ones?

A search engine finally took me to Adam Blair's site and the BTST seemed to fit the bill. It was ordered, delivered and installed and working, right out of the box, within a week. All that was needed was a quick test run past a couple of cameras which were known to be live live. The unit worked a treat. On the M74 at Lockerbie there is a series of three bridges crossing the motorway. A van mounted camera is frequently used on the central bridge, positioned so that the northerly bridge hides it from southbound traffic until it is too late and vice-versa with the southerly bridge. The BTST detects the camera long before you come into its view. Likewise the camera in the van sometimes hidden behind a low wall near the Bowes Moor Hotel on the A66 in Northumberland. A couple of weeks ago I was driving down the M6 near Carlisle. I was in the inside lane with nothing in the middle lane but another vehicle had overtaken me in the outside lane and was about twenty meters or so ahead and pulling away. The BTST suddenly lit up like a Christmas tree and sure enough hiding behind a sign on a bridge over the motorway there was a Kojak with a Kodak, pointing it at the other car. Even though he was not pointing at me the BTST had detected it.

Now the Organisation. As I said above, ordering and delivery were no problem. A problem developed with the power switch of the first BTST unit a few months after I received it. A quick telephone call to explain the problem, in the post (I thought for repair) and a brand new unit arrived by return. It has worked perfectly ever since. Likewise when I augmented my system with the New Talex earlier this year. When the it arrived the magnetic disc used to secure the unit to the dashboard was missing (You don't actually need it, it works fine on the front seat!). Problem sorted by email and disc received.

Overall, a satisfied customer.

Hope the above is what you are looking for.

Best wishes.

Peter Yates

It is excellent technology and I believe everyone should have one.

Hi Adam

I received my new BTST shortly after launch and managed to fit it up by the rear view mirror. The cable tucked neatly out of sight behind the trim very easily.

Second day out I was a few miles form home when there was a short warning. The main road has a 30 limit and occasionally the police have a hand held camera there, needless to say I slowed right down. Just round the bend - there he was looking straight at me!

So, thanks for the unit, it has already saved me half it's cost!

Regards

Richard

Dear Adam,

I thought I would write to express my absolute pleasure and delight on opening up the box of the new Talex speed camera and mobile speed trap detection unit. I upgraded without any hesitation from the older BTST v11 (which as I am sure most people would agree wasn't the nicest looking bit of kit in the world!). To say it's an aesthetic improvement alone is an understatement of magnitude.

This piece of kit is undoubtedly 'THE' best and most cost effective purchase I have made this year. To add to the great build quality, compact size and ease of mounting there's the hugely improved operation to consider. I am not quite sure how it does it but I have mine located in the storage compartment by the gear stick so it can be easily hidden when not in use and even though there's no direct view of the windscreen it still locks on to the satellites each time I turn on the ignition and drive - amazing!

Then there's Drive Protect, it's simple, cost effective and keeps me safe in the knowledge that if the worst happens I will still be able to get to and from work which is vital to me as I do at least 300 miles a week just getting to work and back aside any additional site / client visits! I was hoping for something like Drive Protect to become a reality a few years back when I got the scare of my life and managed to rack up 9 points (3xSP30s) from being careless with my speed on three separate occasions. I wasn't driving madly more absent mindedly when I was caught in 3 locations doing over the 30 mph speed limit (34 / 37 & 36mph). Well you can rest assured now I have the new Talex my mind is always on the job and I am always aware of the speed limits for each road.

So to summarize then on the Talex we have a good looking piece of kit which also does exactly what is says on the tin and with regular updates it's always kept me and my zippy Honda Civic in check just when I am tempted to go in to automatic mode on my way to work and in the unlikely event I manage to get some points I will still be able to get to work with Drive Protect - thanks to Adam Blair and the entire BTST team!

Overall this is a very worthy investment that has no doubt saved me a small (or should I say large) fortune in the coming years!

Have a safe and happy Christmas from one of many delighted customers of 2009!

I have been using BTST for over 4 years and I Thank the Lord for its invention and praise the inventor. It is not that I drive at high speed but the way these speed traps are set in the name of safety that gives me the cause for concern, I do not wish to delve into the politics of it, however, one can safely say by having this electronic wizardry I have saved my self thousands of pounds in fines and hiked up insurance policy after the points gifted to you by DVLC. I can not praise enough for the most updated TALEX, its compact and very efficient service provider and the periodic reminders of even slight over speeding is a God send, because when one has something on ones mind you tend to forget the speed limits, I also have its assistant Hand Held Radar Detector, gives you ample time to act once Zapped. This is a genuine Testimony and If required any one can contact me @

I have owned a Talex lite for about 2 years, I drive between 650 and 1000 miles per week over 4 days with patients going to hospital appointments. It is the best bit of kit I have ever bought and everyone who hears it in operation is astounded with its accuracy. Long live Talex.

I took delivery of my BTST Talex last week and it has saved my licence immediately - on 3 occasions recently I was warned of well hidden (Is that right? Surely they are meant to be obvious?) Gatso cameras and one in Leicester on the A426 is at the bottom of a hill in an unmarked 30 limit that I was convinced was a 60 zone.

It has also twice warned of schools that were not signposted - a great safety device too.

The price was money well spent.

Keep up the good work.

Keith Burns

I have owned a Talex for some time and find it very easy to use and reassuring if I am in unfamiliar territory.

I don't use it all the time as I only do about 4,000 or so miles per year. How I wish I had it when I was working and doing 30,000 miles plus per year. IN addition to my Talex I have anti camera number plate spray provided by you, plus a front parking aid/laser jammer purchased elsewhere before you were doing them.

I do try to stay with-in the speed limits but but there is always the chance that some police office who is below his quota may target ME. If I still had a sliding roof I would consider mounting a machine gun so that if I failed to deter the money-grabbing parking industry, I could at least strike back.

All the best,

John Jackson

Dear Talex

Having been the holder of a full driving licence since 1969, a confident driver, never the cause of an accident and definitely not a reckless driver, much to my dismay, in just over 18 months I managed to acquire no less than NINE points on my licence by driving approx. 40mph in 30mph limits. I kept telling the Police they were targeting the wrong people, some agreed, they had been victims too! NINE points with only THREE to go before a BAN - what could I do?

Following the last 3 points I was terrified to go out on the road in case I fell foul of yet another of those dastedly yellow boxes! I racked my brain for a solution. I kept being told get a SATNAV, which I vowed I would never have. However, when I heard about the Talex GPS camera detector and feeling desparate for some security, I thought I would give it a try and immediately drove very gingerly to the nearest Halfords and purchased one. Having set it up, I felt confident once again in the knowledge that I would be one step ahead of those bright yellow cameras. I found the Talex GPS an astonishing asset, this remarkable little machine impressed not only me, but all my friends and I felt safe in its presence on every journey. Simply updated every week on the computer it never once failed me, always detecting the cameras well in advance. I felt privileged to be the owner of such a remarkable piece of technology,it became known as "Gizmo", my very own ET - it always registered the correct time of day and always spotted the presence of a fixed or mobile camera 500 yards ahead giving me plenty of time to adjust my speed, when necessary, and when not in use I just popped it into my handbag! it became known as "Gizmo", my very own ET - it always registered the correct time of day and always spotted the presence of a fixed or mobile camera 500 yards ahead giving me plenty of time to adjust my speed, when necessary, and when not in use I just popped it into my handbag!

Then bad luck struck just 5 weeks out of guarantee, I was distraught when Gizmo's voice activator started to distort and finally ceased working. However, I emailed Talex to ask for help. As always Talex were very prompt to reply (as well as keeping me regularly updated with all the new releases) and without further ado, I was offered a new Talex at a reduced price. Regrettably I did not take up this kind offer as I thought I had managed to rectify the voice problem, but in November, sadly, Gizmo died and I have been without my little 'extra terrestial' machine and feel very lost without it. I am hoping to get another one for Christmas, because I can no longer survive without it.

For those who have not used one, the Talex GPS is a brilliant GPS system and Talex, the company who develop and market it, do a splendid job of keeping us informed of the latest updates and equipment on release. I really do believe it has made me more aware of the speed limits and presence of speed cameras on the roads. The Talex GPS camera detector has helped me renew my confidence and to continue enjoying driving all over the country safely and secure in the knowledge that for me Points and 60 fines will be a thing of the past!

Dear Adam,

I felt I must write to you regarding the fine work you are doing. Several years ago, I purchased one of your early BTST devices. It served me well, up until I moved to Southern Spain in 2006. I being a benevolent soul, passed on the BTST to a friend of mine to keep him safe!

Over the past few years, I have kept up with the newsletter you have been sending out and it's good to see how the business has changed over that time. I have in the mean time, been enjoying carefree, camera free driving, relying only on my years of driving experience to guide my speed.

I was fascinated to receive your offer of the new Talex! I had not entertained the idea before due to being out of the country most of the time and the cost. Realising your ploy of instant extra revenue and hopefully ongoing custom, it dawned on me, that at this price I could cover myself on my return journeys to the UK, which are getting more frequent. So I took you up on your offer.

In March I had to return to the UK and hire a car for a few days. It was the first time I got to use my Talex and "Wow" was I impressed! Driving along rejoicing at the efficiency of the little Talex, I was suddenly startled at the accident blackspot warning!! Fantastic. It wasn't long before I was putting complete faith in this little device.

Back here in Spain the Guardia Civil are purchasing a few hundred cameras to openly raise their coffers! They intend to place the cameras in tunnels and near airports to specifically catch people late for flights. How cruel is that! So now I have purchased your laser detector to see if that works over here. By the way, my local cameraman sits in a car, with the device on the dashboard and photographs you from behind as you pass. Any ideas as to the type of equipment they are using?

I know you are a busy man, but I just had to write and congratulate you on your sterling work. I wait patiently to see the next episode in the BTST story.

Very Best wishes to you and your staff

Mike Maynard

Hi, I've had my Talex for the past couple of years, it has become a must for every journey. It not only protects my licence but also my safety, as it helps to keep my eyes on the road not constantly looking for the next camera. It is small and unobtrusive sat on top of my dashboard, and has paid for itself in more ways than one since the day I bought it.

Regards.

Re your recent message about testimonials. I thought I would try a little humour.

Tess my Talex Friend

I was first introduced to Tess about two years ago after a speeding fine. I don't know what I would do now without her now. She warns me about speed cameras wherever I go in the UK and doesn't mind what car she travels in. She is a bit bossy now and again telling me to "Reduce speed now" but we both know it's in my best interest. She also tells me the time when resting and tells me how fast I am going when my speedo can be a bit awkward to decipher. If I ask her she will also give me a nudge at places on roads that I specify.

She tells me when she is awake and nags me to fasten my seat belt but I can put up with that.

She doesn't mind being hidden away when parked, so that no one can kidnap her.

She does all this without nagging to be taken out for meals.

All in all a great travelling companion. Me and Tess we get along just fine - I think we might just be an item.

Best wishes

R A Blackburn

I can honestly say that my Talex saved me a speeding ticket on one occasion that I am absolutely sure of and I will explain how. I tow (for my sins) a caravan and following a friend one day we were approaching the outskirts of a town and driving quite fast when my Talex informed me we were approaching a speed camera and I slowed down accordingly. When we reached our destinatation in conversation my friend had no idea he had passed a speed camera and two weeks later he received a ticket for speeding, I have no doubt Talex has saved me on other occasions so keep up the good work.

Dear Mr Blair,

I have been a user of the TALEX camera detector system for a number of years now and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for producing a superb piece of kit that does exactley what it says on the tin.

I have and will continue to recommend your company to friends and family.

Hi Adam,

Prior to using your products I was feeling angry at having received points that I felt were undeserved, and powerless to to prevent an enormous big brother machine from repeating this over and over again. This had the effect of spoiling my love of driving which I have always had. It was then that I went onto the internet to seek help and found the BTST site.

Having been delighted by your first offering (the BTST) which you sold me at half price. I am pleased to see that you now own Talex and introduced a new product based on your top database. I have purchased a new Talex and a BTST2 on two first class deals also. Together with a further BTST2 for a good friend.

Today I arrived at home from an 80 mile trip to realise that I felt relaxed, back in control, and had my faith restored in driving again. So thank you so much for doing what you do and may you continue to do so.

Kind regards, and best wishes to you and your excellent team.

having had a speeding ticket I have been looking at your products
for some time but have always been reluctant to buy of the web
whowever finally decided to take a chance and went ahead even
with the thought I am going to be conned.
time passed nothing impatience on my part I suppose just about accepting
my theory was right then email to tell me it had been dispatched
next morning delivered and duly set up
as it turned out I had to go up north a trip of six hundred miles round trip
ideal test for the product I was very happy with it may have avoided a
speeding ticket but the best thing it is turning myself into a safer driver as
I concentrate more on speed limits I also have satelite speed checker
total overkill perhaps but I am happy
thankyou for the excellent service

Hi, being an oldie you may wonder why I purchased a BTST. The reason is simple, although I know all of the fixed cameras in my area, and I always drive at the speed limit!! It is so easy to be distracted and sudenly you hear the warning bleeps and ops theres the camera. Saved me a number of times.

One day I left the BTST at home, 11.30 after working at the daughters house doing some DIY. Driving home on a route I use daily, completely forgot the speed camera. Flash, flash, then waiting for the fine, lucky for me the Sunseeker Winter Rally was being held and they used this route out to the forest, so all the film must have been used up.

Taught me a lesson, never go out without having the BTST plugged in.

Hi Everyone

The product that i received being the new Talex and Lazer having done an upgrade have been my best purchase this year.

With the attention from all at Talex and Customer service is second to none.

Every email that i have sent to Talex have been answered in full my only regret that i should have done this sooner.

I did have one fault and that was awaiting an address so that i could send back my old one of which i did receive within a week.

But hey we are all Human and so is the person typing this and thats what i like about this company you are and individual not a number which says it all well done to the team and thanks for all what you have done for me.

Kind Regards

And a merry christmas to you all

As a driver who drives all over the country, not as part of my job but as a part of my hobby which has driving as far north as Peterhead and as far south as Hayling Island. I find my Talex invaluable.

I started out with a Road Angel which constantly froze and was no use, then moved to a BTST which was good, then was offered a Talex which to my mind is much better. There is to my mind only one fault with the Talex, the blue warning lights when approaching a possible danger zone can be really distracting during the hours, I have a lot of night time driving on my way home from venues

(note: this issue has now been fixed in the latest version of the Talex – thanks John!)

hi adam
short and sweet. when i got caught doing 37mph on a dual carraigeway ( limit 30 mph ) i lost my enthusiasm for driving .purchasing my talex system put the pleasure back into driving, knowing that it would help me beat these legalised crooks

Both the wife and I have had talexs now for nearly 3 years.

During that time a dread to think how many extra speed cameras have been installed.
I am not a serial speeder but I cannot tell you how many times that good old machine has reminded me that there’ a camera near by.

I find that the digital speed readout is one of the best ways of watching your speed; particularly useful in those 50 limits policed by the Specs cameras

I got caught by a mobile camera in a new position and having emailed Talex it only took them a few days to upload the location.

I wonder if I would still have a license without my Talex.

Keep up the good work.

All the drivers in our family own a Talex. It would feel odd driving without one. I am a very careful driver and the Talex has enabled me to stay within all speed limits, especially when there are no signs in the vicinity displaying the speed limit. Recently, a child who lived in a neighbouring village died by being hit by a speeding motorist. I just wish the driver had been in possession of a Talex and it would have reminded him that he was speeding. Maybe that five year old child may still be alive today if he was driving within the speed limit.

I am very pleased with my TALEX speed camera detecter. It does everything that ADAM says that it will do.When it detects a speed camera it alerts me and if i am going to fast it will tell me to slow down. This is an excellent product at a very reasonable price. I have recomended it to all my friends and relatives. Regards.

In the past, I have used and indeed still own various detectors. For me, the beauty of the Talex that I have recently bought is not that it does what it says on the box (well after all I would hardly be writing this if it didn’t would I?) but that I can put it in my rear ashtray (what a waste otherwise as I don’t smoke) and it works perfectly! I should say that I use a radar & laser detector as well, making a perfect combination. I cannot understand why, as it is entirely legal, everybody doesn’t have one! The Talex actually makes me drive slower as it is very insistent in telling me to slow down!
Whether you use this or not, it’s true!
A very happy Christmas and an un-ticketed New Year!

Hi,

After reading about Talex in 'Auto Express' and being impressed by what they had to say I bought one without hesitation, why? Well I commute from Fife to West Lothian every working day and I enjoy driving, I have a Prodrive Alfa Brera 3.2, and when safe I drive with some enthusiasm. In the past I have been caught by speed cameras at completely safe and ridiculous locations, the last on a duel carraigeway with no pedestrian access and no accident history, which had recently changed from 60 to 50 speed limit, I was doing 59! The Talex sits unobtrusively on my dash and reminds me that I am approaching possible speed camera locations and that I should take care not to increase the exchequers coffers even more from the already hard hit motorist, remember the Talex only costs a little more than one speeding ticket and no penalty points. As for Adam Blair's service and the information he sends me on a regular basis, well its almost worth the cost of the machine alone! All I can say is well done and thank you Adam for an exellent service at an excellent price.

Hello Adam,

I always use my Talex when I am taking a journey which is not on my normal commuting run and have been saved from a fine on numerous occasions. Not simply from knowingly speeding, but where road speeds have changed without warning and also from cameras that have placed a few yards after the speed limit has been reduced with warning and if you did not brake you would naturally pass the camera at a speed that would trigger a fine.

The audible advanced warning is an excellent system and the updates seem to be in place soon after new cameras have been commissioned.

I think the Talex is excellent value for money and much cheaper that the fines that you can soon accrue.

Dear Adam

I have had one of your talex units for many years and have benefited from its use. Although most of my travel is local to my business it is a great reminder to cameras that you think you know well. Many a time I have been alerted when perhaps my mind has been on different things.

Having this unit gives me peace of mind and one less thing to worry about when I am driving.

Hi to whom it may concern.

Having been a Member / customer of BTST for a number of years I would like to pass on my experience of them, having a rather heavy right foot i was looking for a way to protect my license, not that I’m a boy racer ,but I do tend to creep over the limit some time’s and getting close to building up penalty points was a big risk from the hidden peril. Hence my joining BTST ,WHO’S PRODUCTS DO WHAT IT’S SAY’S ON THE TIN, not withstanding this, the e-mail communication regarding new or upgraded products together with other member stories are very informative.

Keep up the good work Adam.

Dear Sirs,

As a owner of the BTST, Talex and a member of DriveProtect, I have never been disappointed by the products offered by Adam Blair and his team….

The products are second to none, but the most underlining feature of all the products is the service provided by the backroom staff (the customer service and technical teams).

There is no better testament than the team behind the product…….

All the very best for now and the future

I have owned a Talex for about 2 years, I drive between 650 and 1000 miles per week over 4 days with patients going to hospital appointments. It is the best bit of kit I have ever bought and everyone who hears it in operation is astounded with its accuracy. Long live Talex.

I am on my 2nd Talex in 3 cars – does exactly what it says on the tin. Easy and uncluttered to fit, operate and understand. 100% accurate in site identification with no false alarms – has certainly saved me a few quid (and points!).

Why wouldn’t you want one of these?

Dear Adam

I took delivery of my BTST Talex last week and it has saved my licence immediately - on 3 occasions recently I was warned of well hidden (Is that right? Surely they are meant to be obvious?) Gatso cameras and one in Leicester on the A426 is at the bottom of a hill in an unmarked 30 limit that I was convinced was a 60 zone.

It has also twice warned of schools that were not signposted - a great safety device too.

The price was money well spent.

Keep up the good work.

However, when I heard about the Talex GPS camera detector and feeling desperate for some security, I thought I would give it a try and immediately drove very gingerly to the nearest Halfords and purchased one. I felt privileged to be the owner of such a remarkable piece of technology, it became known as "Gizmo", my very own ET - it always registered the correct time of day and always spotted the presence of a fixed or mobile camera 500 yards ahead giving me plenty of time to adjust my speed, when necessary, and when not in use I just popped it into my handbag!

I have been using BTST for over 4 years and I Thank the Lord for its
invention and praise the inventor. It is not that I drive at high speed but
the way these speed traps are set in the name of safety that gives me the
cause for concern, I do not wish to delve into the politics of it,
however, one can safely say by having this electronic wizardry I have saved
my self thousands of pounds in fines and hiked up insurance policy after
the points gifted to you by DVLC.

I can not praise enough for the most updated TALEX, its compact and very
efficient service provider and the periodic reminders of even slight over
speeding is a God send, because when one has something on ones mind you
tend to forget the speed limits, I also have its assistant Hand Held Radar
Detector, gives you ample time to act once Zapped.

This is a genuine Testimony and If required any one can contact me @

Have a safe and happy Christmas from one of many delighted customers !

Hi Adam

I received my new BTST shortly after launch and managed to fit it up by the rear view mirror. The cable tucked neatly out of sight behind the trim very easily.

Second day out I was a few miles from home when there was a short warning. The main road has a 30 limit and occasionally the police have a hand held camera there, needless to say I slowed right down. Just round the bend - there he was looking straight at me!

So, thanks for the unit, it has already saved me half it’s cost!

Regards

Richard

A quick email to explain the problem, in the post (I thought for repair) and a brand new unit arrived by return.

Sally,
You are very helpful and efficient. Many thanks. J B Sutherland.

Hi Adam

I have been a user of the BTST original version for some time now
and to date (29th Dec 2009) it has NEVER let me down.........

I do a lot of driving around the country and have been very near
to a ticket on several occasions now but the BTST has started
moaning at me just in time, I view it now like a nagging wife, a
pain in the ears but utterly indispensable when you drive as I do!

I also joined the drivers club, DriveProtect, this year at its start-up
as I am sure the club is a great idea and perfect for someone in my position
that needs a licence to live.

So Adam, here's to you and the team, keep up the good work and have a happy
and prosperous new year.

Dave Lowe

The speed traps developed today are immoral sources of revenue for the government and police forces in certain jurisdictions.

I hope you continue with your innovation of these products and I wish you every success for 2010 and beyond.

Yours Sincerely

James King

i have had my laptop away getting repaired so just got your email, so probably too late to send this but i just had to reply.

I have been a user of the Talex system for the almost 5 years.

I have always found the team friendly, efficient. and helpful.

Over the time I have owned a Talex, I have notified them of two local mobile speed camera locations, and both times I have received a quick acknowledgement and the update has been incorporated almost immediately.

The camera locations are far more comprehension and accurate than the Tom Tom, I particularly like the warning if you do not reduce speed quickly enough.

Many thanks to all on the Talex team.

I bought my Talex SCD in Jan 2006 and thought they were so good compared to anything else on the market that I convinced my friend and work colleague to also purchase one. Since obtaining my SCD I never go anywhere without having it with me and active, it’s a constant reminder to watch your speed especially on motorways and built-up areas and I think I can say as a result I probably drive more in keeping with the speed limits than I did previously.

It has saved points on my licence several times to date and the ability to enter your own temporary camera traps is invaluable.

In the early days there was one occasion when the original company went out of business, but I can honestly say that since Adam Blair has come onto the scene things have only improved, and the support that I’ve received when I had a problem getting the update programme to run on my new VISTA operating system was second to none. As a result of the confidence I have in Talex I also purchased the Laser Detector which now sits alongside my SCD.

As a final comment the price of the latest device has only increased by 10 compared to when I first purchased mine.

Good luck to Adam and his team and keep up the good work.

BTST

I have had dealings with this organisation for many years, having purchased early versions of BTST camera location warning devices. I have found the products purchase to be robust - yes I have dropped a couple inadvertently and they still work, but solid state items should!

Great to do business with, very responsive, up to date features on products and plenty of advice and support on-line and in practical terms should anything go wrong - which it seldom does! Good on-line mail order with a quick response and delivery.

I can honestly recommend this organisation and its products.

Adam, as requested.

As opposed to a lot of these so called “testimonials “ from a Mr A from Cardiff, or Mrs T of Fife, this is a genuine testimonial to a great company who rely on two things, value and service above and beyond the call of duty.

From the initial experience, right through to the most recent communication, the company and all its staff have been quick, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. It’s a very refreshing change!

Oh and the product also does exactly what it says on the box!

Highly recommended!

Cheers

I bought a BTST machine, but only after I got a speeding fine for the 2nd. time. I've had the machine about 2 years now and I must say how very, very good it is. I have lost count of how many times it has 'saved' me. So good in fact I bought a 2nd one for my other car. (It saves the hassle of swopping it from car to car) Yes I will recommend them to people and I do. If folks don't want to use them, well it's their mistake. As for as the company, Beat The Speed Trap, well regular updates via e-mail and helpful tips etc. What more do you want? An excellent product, from an excellent firm. Why can't other firms be like this? Oh yes! The price was right as well!!!
